See what's possible
Low-commitment entry points for teams that want to see results before making bigger decisions. Pick a workflow, build something real, and decide what comes next based on what you've seen — not what someone promised.
Pick one workflow. Build a working solution. Together.
Your team has heard about AI tools. Maybe a few people have experimented on their own. But there's no shared understanding of what's useful, what's safe, and what's worth the time — so adoption stalls, or happens inconsistently without any structure around it.
We run a focused, hands-on session where we pick one real workflow — something you actually do every week — and build a working solution together. Not a lecture about what AI could theoretically do. An actual working setup that your team can use starting the next day.
What you get
- A working AI-assisted workflow for one specific process (document intake, proposal drafting, client follow-ups, meeting summaries, or similar)
- A simple written SOP that any team member can follow — no technical background required
- Role-specific prompt templates calibrated to your industry and use case
- A recorded walkthrough of what we built, so new hires can get up to speed later
- A clear recommendation for what to work on next (if anything)
How it works
- Before the session — 15-minute call to understand your team, your tools, and the workflow you want to improve. We prepare examples and templates specific to your situation.
- During the session (2-4 hours) — We work through the workflow together. Every participant builds alongside us — not watching a demo, actually building. We test it with real inputs from your practice.
- After the session — You receive the written SOP, prompt templates, and recorded walkthrough within 2 business days. We check in after one week to see how adoption is going.

- You want to see a concrete result before committing to a larger engagement
- You prefer learning by doing, not by watching presentations
- You have 2–4 hours available and your team can be in the same room (or same call)
A tech colleague on call.
You don't need a full-time IT person or a managed services contract. You need someone who can answer the question, fix the thing, or help you think through the decision — then get out of the way.
We provide on-call technology guidance for business owners and small teams. Tool selection, setup, troubleshooting, security basics, and honest recommendations.
What you get
- Direct access to a technology specialist via email, phone, or video call
- Help with tool evaluation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Security reviews for your current setup (passwords, backups, access controls)
- Vendor coordination when you need someone to talk to your software provider on your behalf
- Honest recommendations — we'll tell you when the free version is good enough
