- Proactive optimization — we don't wait for you to report issues
- Cross-system monitoring and integration management
- Weekly check-ins and monthly on-site visit
- Emergency support (response within 2 hours)
Pricing within each tier depends on the number of active implementations, system complexity, and response time requirements. We'll recommend a specific price point during the scope discussion.
Simple, flexible, no surprises
Month-to-month
30-day cancellation notice. No annual contracts. If you consistently need more or fewer hours, we adjust the tier.
We already know your systems
Because we built or assessed them. No ramp-up period, no re-explaining your setup every time.
Hours don't roll over
If you consistently don't use your hours, we recommend stepping down a tier. We'd rather right-size than over-charge.
Large projects quoted separately
Retainer clients receive preferred pricing on new implementation projects. The retainer covers support and optimization, not full builds.
